OCS is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for emergency repairs.

Residents’ Panel

All residents are also welcome to join our Residents' Panel which meets three to four times a year online.

We issue a newsletter to all existing residents twice a year. If you would like a copy of our latest newsletter please contact us.

Wellbeing services

We understand that circumstances can change during retirement. This can include health conditions and financial circumstances, for you or your household members. If circumstances change, you are invited to let us know as soon as possible so we can guide you through the support that may be available to you.
