Helping you find the right housing option for retirement.

We recognise that when it comes to finding a retirement property, one size doesn't fit all, as our rental properties or Community Living schemes may not match your requirements. That is why we offer wider rental options which includes housing provided by other organisations.

Wider Rental Options

As part of our commitment to walking with clergy through retirement, we are building relationships with a range of housing providers who share our desire to support people in finding the right home for the next stage of life. These are not all formal partnerships but can be trusted connections, organisations we’ve begun working with or are exploring ways to collaborate with, so we can open more doors for you.

Whether you are looking for shared or home ownership, supported housing, independent living, or just want to understand what’s out there, we can help guide you through the options. For some, that might mean making introductions, supporting applications, or simply helping you navigate what can feel like a complex process.

Here is a list of providers we are currently exploring ways of working or have established partnership; we encourage our customers to take a look and see what they offer.

If you are not sure where to begin or you would like to talk through your situation, please get in touch. We are here to help.

You are welcome to contact any of the providers directly, or get in touch with us if you would like support exploring your options.
