Situated in Broadclyst, Gracey Court can be found nestled right in the heart of the village overlooking the park and recreation area. We offer independent living with support, friendship and a strong sense of community in a relaxed environment. 

Our attractive red brick building which was constructed in 1993 and was purpose-built, offers an excellent level of accommodation and facilities including 31 well-proportioned unfurnished flats, 9 of which are suitable for double occupancy and 22 for single occupancy, however we do have couple living in our smaller flats.

Each flat has a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and there is plenty of storage space. The kitchen includes an electric cooker or hob and oven.
